We accept returns for the following reasons within 7 days of delivery:
- Damaged Products: Books received with torn pages, broken binding, or physical damage
- Defective Items: Products with printing errors, missing pages, or manufacturing defects
- Wrong Item Delivered: Received a different book than what was ordered
- Incomplete Order: Missing items from your order
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used or Marked Books: Books with writing, highlighting, or signs of use
- Damaged Packaging: Items without original packaging, tags, or seals
- Digital Products: E-books and digital resources once accessed
- Sale Items: Products purchased during clearance sales (unless defective)
- After 7 Days: Returns requested after the 7-day window
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps to initiate a return:
Login to Your Account
Go to "My Orders" section and select the order you want to return
Select Return Reason
Choose the appropriate reason for return and provide details
Upload Photos (if applicable)
For damaged or defective items, upload clear photos as proof
Schedule Pickup
Our courier partner will collect the item from your address
Verification & Refund
Once verified, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5-7 business days after item verification
- Bank credit may take an additional 3-5 business days
- You will receive email confirmation once refund is initiated
- For cash on delivery orders, refund via bank transfer (provide account details)
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for damaged or defective products:
- Exchange available within 7 days of delivery
- Subject to product availability
- No additional shipping charges for exchanges
- Same product will be shipped as replacement
